Jason was born in Australia and just before his second birthday, his parents decided to return to their home country, the beautiful Seychelles Islands, where he spent his childhood and adolescent years. At the age of 20, he returned to Australia on his own to further his studies.
Jason completed his Secondary Schooling in 1985 and in 1988 completed a Diploma of Business Studies and Accounting and in 2000 completed the Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning through Deakin University.
Upon completing his studies, Jason pursued his passion in Banking and Finance Industry. He was a Senior Financial Planner for 20 years during his 29 years career at the Commonwealth Bank. He looked after a large portfolio of clients, educating, and navigating them through their financial planning needs, as well as help them build and protect their wealth.
The culture and mission of Journeynest resonates strongly with Jason. He believes and shares the company’s vision in being a part of the journey with our clients. Jason is happily married to Susan and has an adult daughter and a teenage son.
Away from the Office, Jason can be found spending time with family and friends, honing his skills in the kitchen and spending time in his garden. He also has a love of travelling.
